Profire (Qld) Pty Ltd is an independent Queensland registered company in operation since 1997, specialising in all aspects of Fixed Fire Protection including Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance. Profire is also a registered member of the Fire Protection Contractors Registration Board of Queensland (FPCRBQ), National Fire Industry Association Queensland (NFIAQ), Fire Protection Association of Australia (FPA) and fully licensed with the Queensland Building & Construction Commission (QBCC) including Hydraulic Services Design which is used to issue Form 15 Design Certification when carrying out a project on a “Design & Construct” basis.
All required insurances, including Contract Works, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Workcover are in place and fully paid up. Building fund registrations including BUSSQ, BERT & CIPQ are also in place and current. Profire also has a certified EBA in place.
Profire’s Project Management Team of Philip Brown, Scott Baggoley, Jordan Argles & Pat Dunstan boast a combined total of over 100 years extensive experience in all facets of the Fire Protection Industry, ranging from hands‐on installation & design experience to current managerial and contractual responsibilities.
Profire offers a complete Design & Construct service including BA/DA drawings for submission to QFRS for approval including design certification by way of a Form 15. All design drawings produced in AutoCAD©, together with computer generated Hyena® hydraulic calculations, are produced in house. Pipe fabrication workshop sheets are also computer generated, ensuring strict quality control and manufacture. During commissioning and upon completion of all projects, Profire issues a completion certificate together with a Form 16 certification of installation.
